`The Artist of the Mendips` - David Parfitt is a much-collected artist in all media whose subjects include Cornwall, coastal views and seascapes of the South West, the Somerset Levels and the Mendip Hills.
The Sadler Street Gallery in Wells has been showing David’s work with ever-increasing success for several years, and his sensitivity and skill in the use of watercolour, oils, acrylics and charcoal - all very different media - have been much appreciated. His pictures have been exhibited at the Royal West of England Academy in Bristol, and at the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolours’ Exhibition at the Mall Galleries in London.
